WELCOME to the home of Fairview Vista Condominium Association, Orlando, Florida, USA.  Here you will find important and useful information about our Association.

Fairview Vista Condominium is located on beautiful Lake Fairview near downtown Orlando.  Our community is made up of 102 Units located in five three-story buildings built in 1980 and 1981 and recently upgraded in a major exterior rehabilitation. 

Special amenities include a beautifully decorated Clubhouse, a lighted tennis court, a lakeside pool and gazebo overlooking a private beach, a boat dock and launching ramp and boat and trailer storage area.
